About the BAMU, Aurangabad

The University has more than 40+ faculties and founded as a Maratha University in ’58. Later it was renamed to Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar marathwada University (BAMU). It has received affiliations from country’s top education governing bodies of UGC, AIU and NAAC.  More than 1 Lakh students are enrolled in 410+ colleges/institutes affiliated to the university. It has all the facilities on the university campus which include an indoor and outdoor stadium, Hostel for boys and girls, Central Library, Community hall, Administration Building,  Staff bungalows and quarters.
