Eligibility Criteria for Himachal Pradesh Police Recruitment 2017
Educational qualification:
Candidates should have passed 10+2 Standard Examination from any recognized Board or Institute.
Age Limit:
Candidates age should be 18 to 23 years as on 01.07.2017. Age relaxation is applicable for All Reserved Category candidates as per H.P. Government Rules.
Scale of Pay:
Candidates will get as remuneration Rs. 5910-20200 with G.P. Rs. 3200/- per month in Himachal Pradesh Police Department and after 8 years of regular service pay scale will be Rs. 10300-34800 with G.P. Rs. 3200/- per month besides other allowances as admissible.
Physical Standard & Efficiency Test:

How to Apply for HP Police Constable Recruitment 2017
Interested and eligible candidates can be downloaded the application form from H.P. Police website “www.hppolice.nic.in” along with relevant documents by post in the office of the District Superintendent of Police concerned in H.P. (including Tribal Districts L&S, Kinnaur and tribal area of Chamba District) within 21.07.2017 up to 5.00 P.M.
Selection Process:
Candidates will be selected based on Physical Standard Test, Physical Efficiency Test, Written Examination, Personality Test and Medical Examination.
Application Fee:
Candidates are required to pay Rs. 140/- for Genetal category and Rs. 35/- for SC / ST / OBC / IRDP in the shape of a Bank Draft / IPO should be drawn in favour of the district Superintendent of Police concerned.
