About : The State Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training(SCTE & VT) is an apex technical board in the state of Orissa manages the diploma, ITI and other certification courses study. The Tech. board conducts semester examination twice in a year whereas ODD semester exam (1st, 3rd, 5th) and Even sem (2nd, 4th, 6th) examination.
