Academic Qualification: Applicant who have completed 10th or it’s equivalent from a recognised Institute or Board. Players who have participated in any International sports events are eligible
Age Limit & Relaxation: Candidates age limit is not less than 18 years & not more than 23 years. The upper age relaxation is depended as per Organisation’s rule.
Physical Measurement: Candidates are requested to follow official notification for physical Standard.

Eligibility Criteria for SSB Recruitment 2017
Age Limit:
Candidate age limit is 18 to 25 years for Post 1, 2 & 18 to 23 years for Post 3 as on closing date of receipt of applications. Upper age relaxation of 05 years for SC/ ST, 03 years for OBC & Other candidates is applicable as per rules.
Educational Qualification:
Candidates should possess Degree in Electronics or Telecommunication or Science with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics from a recognized university or Institute or equivalent for Post 1, Matric with Diploma in Electronics or Telecommunication, 10+2 or Intermediate with 50% marks for Post 2, Matriculation or equivalent, ITI in Electronics or Intermediate or 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics for Post 3.
Selection Process:
Candidates will be selected based on Bio-Metric Exam, Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Physical Standard Test (PST), documentation, written examination, trade test & medical examination.
