Central Teacher Eligibility Test conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) twice a year in the month of September and February. It is organized all over India in all states, including Haryana, HP, Delhi,  Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand etc.
