Eligibility Criteria for Defence Service Corps Records Kannur Recruitment 22 LDC & MTS Posts 2016
Age Limit & Relaxation:
Applicants Age should be between 18 to 25 years as on closing date of application. The upper age limit will be relaxed by 05 years for SC / ST category, 03 years for OBC category and 10 years for PH candidates.
Educational Qualification:
» LDC: Candidate should have passed 12th class from a recognized Board or Institute with typing speed of 35 wpm in English on computer or a typing speed of 30 wpm in Hindi.
» MTS (Peon): Candidate should have passed Matriculation (10th) or equivalent examination from a recognized Board or Institution.

Selection Process:
Candidates will be selected based on their merit and common written test conducted by the competent authority.
Salary Scale:
Selected candidates will be placed in Regular Pay Scale of Rs. 5,200 – 20,200/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 1,900/- (Rs. 1,800/- for MTS Posts) for LDC Posts. Apart from this the candidates will entitle to get DA, HRA & Other Allowances applicable as per Government rules.
