Age Limit & Relaxation:
» Scientific Officer: 40 Years
» Junior Assistant: 27 Years
» Other Posts: 32 Years
The upper Age Limit will be relaxed by 05 Years for SC/ST and 03 Years for OBC Category candidates as per extent rules of Government.
Educational Qualification:
» Scientific Officer: M Sc with first class/ Ph D degree In Biological Sciences and having exposure in maintenance of Scientific equipment as well as teaching.
» Accountant: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce with Honours in Accountancy / Finance or equivalent in grade from a recognized University or Institute.
» Personal Assistant: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University / Institute. Minimum speed of 100 w.p.m. in Stenography.
» Scientific Assistant: First class Bachelor’s (Honours) Degree in Sciences in relevant subject or equivalent grade from a recognized University / Institute (Scientific/Technical Assistant).
» Software Assistant: First class Bachelor’s (Honours) Degree in Sciences in relevant subject or equivalent grade from a recognized University / Institute (Scientific/Technical Assistant).
» Office Assistant (MS): Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with proficiency in Computer Word Processing and Spread Sheet.
» Junior Assistant: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with proficiency in Computer Word Processing and Spread Sheet.
Terms & Conditions Regarding IISER Kolkata Recruitment 10 Office Assistant, Accountant & Other 2016
Salary Scale:
Selected Candidates will be placed in Regular Pay Scale as follows –
» Scientific Officer: Rs. 15,600 – 39,100/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 5,400/-
» Accountant, PA, Software Assistant & Scientific Assistant: Rs. 9,300 – 34,800/- with Grade Pay Rs. 4,200/-
» Office Assistant & Junior Assistant: Rs. 5,200 – 20,200/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 2,800/- (Rs. 2,000/- for Assistant)
Apart from this the candidates the candidates will entitle to get DA, HRA & Other allowances applicable as per Government rules.
Application Fee:
Candidates have to pay non-refundable Application Fee of Rs. 500/- for Scientific Officer Posts and Rs. 200/- for the Other posts. Application Fee can be paid through Demand Draft. The DD should be drawn in favour of “Registrar, IISER Kolkata” payable at Kolkata/ Mohanpur. No application fee for Reserved Category candidates.
