As of my personal experience, Good Skills are the most important thing to fetch a good job, if you are a good programmer either in Java, .Net or any best programming language you may get job easily, if you have good knowledge in Networking and hardware, you may get a good job but if you have only a B.Tech degree it’s hard to get a job. So it’s not only for CSE or IT students, students from all the branches try to have a grip in your field or course, before the completion of your engineering try to explore your inner abilities and learn about your futher career which helps you to fetch good job.

There are lot of myths that a person after completing B.Tech or engineering will get a job of atleast 20,000 INR but this condition only applies if he have good skills, without any technical or programming knowledge it’s tough to get that much salary. This informaiton very useful for fresher but an experieced guy might have known all these.
