The Kashmir University will soon be announced the Exam date sheets for this year 2014-2015. Offered courses include B.ed, M.ed, MBA, MCA, LLB, LLM,MBBS, B.A etc. Its prominent departments in the campus area include Arabic, Persian, Hindi, Foreign language, Library and Information science, Linguistics, Sanskrit, Bengali, Shah-i-hamadan, Philosophy, etc.
About: Located on the Dal Lake and awarded grade A by the NAAC, Kashmir University is one of the oldest university in the state. The UOK (University of Kashmir) was founded in the year 1948 and split into two portion one is located in Jammu and another one at Srinagar. The UOK also has a satellite campus located in Baramulla, Kargil, Leh, Kupwara and Anantnag. Moreover, it has also set up a centre in Jammu to facilitate outside candidates to address the enrollment issue.

The semester examination for all tech and non-tech courses are organised in November/ December month and May/June month whereas yearly examination for private and regular students are conducted every year in March to May month.
