Eligibility Criteria for KMRCL Recruitment 2016
Educational Qualification:
Candidates should have passed Matriculation (Matriculate or 10th class in 10+2 examination system) with minimum 50% on average and must have an ITI certificate from a recognized Institute affiliated to NCVT compulsory in the relevant trade.
Age Limit:
Candidates age should be minimum 15 years and maximum 24 years as on 01.02.2016.
The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST candidates, 10 years for PH and 3 years for OBC candidates.
How to Apply for KMRCL Recruitment 2016
Willing and Eligible candidates can apply through the prescribed format on or before 18.03.2016. Candidates should be submitted and self-attested by a Gazetted Officer of Central / State Govt. and must be bear office seal and name of the attesting officer along with of all certificates viz, proof of date of birth, educational / technical qualification certificate, caste certificate, XCM certificate, OBC certificate / Creamy certificate, one passport size photograph, two self addressed envelope with the application. Candidates should be superscribed on the envelope “Application for training under Apprenticeship Act”. Candidates should send in his /her own handwriting with ball pen and addressed to the given below from 10.00 hrs to 18.00 hrs.

Application Fee: Candidates have to pay Rs.40/- (Rupees Forty only) through Crossed IPO as a processing fee in favour of “FA & CAO, Metro Railway, Kolkata” payable at GPO / Kolkata for UR & OBC candidates, SC/ST/PH/Women, Minorities & EBC candidates are exempted from payment of IPO i.e. Rs.40/- as per rule.
