Age Limit & Relaxation:
Candidates Age should be between 18 Years and 37 Years as on 27.10.2016. The upper Age Limit will be relaxed by 05 Years for SC/ST and 03 Years for OBC Category candidates as per extent rules of Government.
Educational Qualification:
Computer Operator: Candidates should have completed Graduation Level of Education in Computer Science/ Information Technology or Computer Applications with minimum 60% marks from recognized University or Institute. Candidates those have completed Post-graduate Diploma in Compuer Application or Masters in Information Application are also eligible to apply.
Clerk: Graduate in any discipline from the recognized University. Candidates must possess DOEACC “O” Level or equivalent certificate. Candidates should be able to type 30 WPM either in English or Punjabi.
Stenographer: Matriculation (10th) Level pass out candidates from the recognized Board are eligible to Apply. Apart from this candidates should be proficient in Basic Computer ability and possessing Shorthand Speed 80 WPM in English.
Essential Eligibility:
Candidates must obtained vast knowledge of Punjabi Language up to the Matriculation (10th) Level of Education.
Terms & Conditions Regarding Punjab Agricultural University Recruitment Computer Operator, Clerk & Other Posts 2016
Application Fee:
Candidates have to pay non-refundable Application Fee of Rs. 200/- (Rs. 300/- for Computer Operator Posts) for Clerk & Stenographer Posts. Application Fee can be paid through Bank Demand Draft. DD Should be drawn in favour of “Comptroller, PAU, Ludhiana.”
Salary Scale:
Selected candidates will be placed in Regular Pay Scale as follows –
♦ Computer Operator & Clerk: Rs. 10,300 – 34,800/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 3,200/-
♦ Stenographer: Rs. 5,200 – 20,200/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 2,400/-
Apart from this the candidates will entitle to get DA, HRA & Other Allowances applicable as per Government rules.
