Eligibility Criteria for Punjab Police Recruitment of Constables(male)-2016
Age Limit & Relaxation:
Candidates age should be between 18 years and maximum age should be 28 years as on 01.01.2016. The upper age will be relaxed by 5yrs for SC/ST candidates & 3yrs for Ex-Servicemen.
Educational Qualification:
Candidates qualification should be 10+2 or euavalent from a recognized Education Board/University. Candidates must read Punjabi as one of the compulsary.
Physical Standered:
Height: Candidates Height should be 5 feet 7 inches(5′-7″)
Riding: knowledge of Horse, Stable management and ability to Ride are a basic requirement for this post.
selection Process: The candidates will be based on his performance on the Substance Abuse Test, Proficiency Test, Physical Screening Test & the Physical Measurement Test of a candidates shall be conducted on a single day.
Salary Scale: Candidates will pay Rs.10300-34800/- with Grade Pay 3200/- and other allowances as admissible.
Application Fee:
Candidates have to pay Rs.400/- for GEN candidates, Rs.100/- for SC/ST/BC candidates as application fees.
