On behalf of Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE), the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU, Hyderabad) conducts the entrance examination TS ECET. This is abbreviated as Telangana State Engineering Common Entrance Test.
Candidates being the holders of the following degrees can take this TSECET 2016 entrance exam.
- Diploma Holders (FDH)
- B.Sc (Mathematics)

The application form submission for TSECET 2016 will be extended with the payment of fine fee of Rs. 500, 1000, 5000 and 10,000 respectively.

TSECET Eligibility 2016
The Candidate should be an Indian national.
They should have passed Diploma in Engineering (EEE, Mech, ECE etc.,)/technology/pharmacy otherwise they should have passed BSc (3-year course).
The required pass mark is given below,
- General: 45%
- Reserved category: 40%
The admission procedure is as follows.
After the submission of registration form and fees, you will take the exam on the date mentioned above at the particular venues.
Your results will be published and based on the merit list prepared, your rank cards will be uploaded.
50 out of 200 is the pass mark
You can also check your answers & cut off marks with the help of answer keys prior to the results.
Finally, as per the allotment you will get admission.

- Visit the site and submit the online application form by entering the mandatory details like personal details, date of birth, qualifying exam details, category, branch or discipline etc.
- Upload your signature and photograph.
- When you submit the application form online you will receive a registration number to your mobile.
- Your filled registration form copy will be sent to your email-Id, take a print out of it.
- Pay your fee via credit or debit card through Meeseva, TS online or other centers.
